It includes a daily self care checklist for committing to creating healthy habits. check off your daily self care tasks as you complete them, and manage your sleep habits, water intake, moods, and exercise. There is space to document what went right during the day, as well as what could be improved upon tomorrow. Space is provided to jot down reminders or a take away from the day that you don’t want to forget.
Along with the daily self care checklist, there is a monthly checklist to document those self care tasks that may not be accomplished everyday, but are still important to your overall mental health. Document what you are grateful for and how many days in the month you spent time outside. Space is provided to list what you can improve the following month as well as a habit you would like to leave behind.
